Automation for accountancy firms
Stop chasing clients for records.
Clients get reminders and upload through one link, and your team sees who’s done and what’s missing. It works with the tools your practice already uses, and nothing is filed without your review.
Where it gets stuck
Since 6 April 2026, sole traders and landlords with qualifying income over £50,000 send HMRC quarterly updates under Making Tax Digital. The threshold falls to £30,000 in April 2027 and £20,000 in April 2028 (GOV.UK). For those clients, chasing that used to happen once a year now comes round four times.
- Checklists sent by email, then chased again by phone
- Records arriving in pieces across inboxes and shared drives
- A spreadsheet that only one person keeps up to date
- Qualified staff spending their time sending reminders
- New clients waiting on ID and engagement letters
- The same questions answered by hand, client after client
Your tools aren’t the problem. The gaps between them are.
See it chase for you.
Two example workflows, step by step. Every message comes from a template your team approves.
